After submitting your medical history form, a provider will review it within 1-3 business days and reach out with a message in the Wellness Stream portal. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid delays or cancellation.
If you’re unable to submit the medical history form due to your responses, you won’t be charged. If a provider determines during your appointment or chat consultation that you don’t qualify for treatment, you can contact customer service for a full refund. We recommend following up with your primary care provider for further evaluation.
You can submit a refill request through the Wellness Stream portal within three months of your initial consultation. After that, a follow-up consultation is required to receive additional refills. If you had a chat consultation, you can submit a follow-up questionnaire under the chat consultation section. If you had a video visit, you can schedule another appointment. Follow-up consultations are the same cost as the initial visit.
Shipping typically takes 3-7 days. Once your prescription is billed and processed, it will be sent to Red Rock Pharmacy for shipment.
For daily dosing, Tadalafil is available in 5mg and 10mg. If you prefer this option, let your provider know during your consultation. The 3-month plan (36 pills per shipment) is the best choice for daily use. After receiving your prescription, please contact customer service, and we can adjust your billing dates so you receive your medication every 36 days instead of every 3 months.
Yes! You can pause your shipments before the billing date through the Wellness Stream portal or by contacting customer support. Once resumed, you will be charged the same day. Keep in mind that prescriptions expire one year after they are entered, so shipments cannot be resumed after that date.
